I am looking for a quarter an acre or less land space enough for construction of a single family home. I want my land at Langata or Athi River area. I prefer Langata but Athi River is fine. My budget is any where between $10,000 - $14000. It must be located at a decent neighborhood, close to school, transportation. It also must have access to water and electricity.
