Refund Policy:
At Jambostar, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. The use of this site for basic search is free. As a result of the nature of this service we do not refund any charge for use of the site. That includes listing fee and third party advertisers like banks and other real estate related users.
A property listing may be purchased for as little as Ksh.5000. The listing lasts for three months starting at the time you submit it. You can purchase additional extensions at Ksh.2500 for each additional three months. Please note premium listings can cost much higher. You can email your pictures and property information to jambostar@gmail.com, and send your listing fee through MPESA at 0705.586.000
Once a service charge is processed, it is considered used and no refund will apply. If you decide to pull your listing before the full term of agreement has expired, you will not be granted a refund. Charges due to system/technical errors are exempt from this policy. Our services are described on the section "About Jambostar".
It is important to note that:
• Prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice.
• While we strive to provide the best and most accurate information, Jambostar LLC is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. Thus, information provided is considered reliable and accurate.
• All data properties and other services are sold "as-is" without any warranty expressed or implied.
• Please do not list properties you don't own and hold a genuine and true TITLE.

Our secret to success is trustworthiness, integrity and a reputation for honesty. Customer confidentiality is extremely important to our own success. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that we collect about you will be used lawfully and only for business purpose. Your information will be used to process and expedite your transaction with Jambostar and provide you with the best possible satisfaction.
The email address you provided to us will be used for electronic transmission such as confirmation of your listing, reminders, market updates and/or if we need more information from you. Any information you submit to us will be considered as if we have your explicit consent.
The property information will be as accurate as possible and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies, it is without knowledge and will be corrected promptly. You can change your property profile from your property listing at your own will and time. If you are a seller listing a property, we expect you to provide accurate information and to be truthful about any defects on your property. A defect could be physical defect or non-physical such as pending title, no title, lien hold etc.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. The information collected in this way can be used to estimate the total traffic to our web site and improve our content and services to our customers
