Never:-
- Make false or misleading statements to your client, business partners or colleagues
- Use propaganda against competitors to win business
- Use confidential information about your client to your advantage or disclose such information without the client’s informed consent.
- Accept compensation for a transaction from more than one party
- Discriminate against or deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of tribal, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, nor be a party to such discrimination
- Assume legal activities unless you are licensed as such
